Corporate Reception/Guest Relations * Professional company * Around $55K package

 

  • Must have solid supervisory or management experience

  • Rotating shift of 7.30am - 6.30pm - must have a flexible attitude

  • Global professional services firm are looking for an experienced, mature minded receptionist to be the face of their company and manage a busy front of house position. Working closely with and supervising a dedicated and professional team you will take on an executive role within a highly reputable company and be the first point of call ????? ????? and staff of all levels.  

    Some of your responsibilities will include;

    • Managing a very busy switchboard and multiple guest areas
    • Supervising other staff members, coordinating their shifts, workload and performance etc
    • Management of all meeting rooms, bookings and corporate catering ????? ?????
    • Coordinating corporate guest service areas and dealing with any complaints, enquiries and issues
    • Dealing with clients and guests of all levels and providing excellent customer service at all times

    To be successful in this role you will need high attention to detail, a calm and ‘can do’ attitude and experience in a similar role and environment. You will need to be immaculately presented, articulate and have the willingness to assist whenever needed. You must be customer service focused, have experience supervising a team and be well organized and understand the importance of a corporate receptionists role.
