Corporate Receptionist – Premier Sydney Law Firm

  • Be the first point of contact for corporate clients, local staff and the international offices of this leading Sydney law firm!

    In this role you will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors, answering ????? ????? and directing calls, co-ordinating conference bookings and meeting rooms, organizing equipment for conferences, assisting staff and visitors with general requests.

    While carrying out this role you will maintain a high standard of professional presentation, reflecting the professional reputation of the firm.

    You MUST have:

     ·         a minimum of 2 years experience as a Corporate Receptionist in a law firm or similar corporate environment

    ·         a high standard of personal presentation

    ·         a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and a busy switchboard

    ·         competent with typing and Microsoft Office software

     Hours will be from 8:30am – 5pm.
