  • Boutique fund management company based in the CBD are looking for a experienced Office Manager/ Personal Assistant to join their team. This is a varied position with lots of opportunity to take the role into different directions developing your skill set  If you are already an experienced Personal Assistant who prides themselves on their organisational skills, attention to detail and has the ability to self motivate while working in a smaller office then this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

    Duties Include;

    - Full PA support to Managing Director
    - Diary Management
    - Arranging and booking meetings, rescheduling if required
    - Managing the Reception area
    - Ad hoc administration
    - Project administration
    - Ordering ????? ?????
    - Making Tea and Coffee
