About the Role:Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be overseeing a busy team of Student Service Officers while also utilising your technical and administrative skills, focusing on continual process improvement across compliance, enrolments, timetabling, student records & finance, and handling regular reporting.
You will also enjoy the satisfaction of building a culture that delivers exceptional service to the students alongside fostering ????? ????? across other divisions and partner institutions.
Selection Criteria:To be considered, you will ideally demonstrate:
- Solid office management (or similar) experience in the education sector
- People management experience ideally overseeing a student service area
- The ability to implement and maintain office systems and procedures
- A strong customer service focus
- An organised, energetic and proactive approach
- Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities
