The opportunity has arisen for you to lead a team of dedicated professionals and be a crucial part of the engine room for the organisation!

Reporting to the Financial Controller you will lead a team of four and inspire them to meet their short term and long term objectives. Day to day you will mentor your team with respect to areas such as the processing and correct procedures for administration and billing duties, allocation of payments and bank reconciliations and the use of the internal practice management system.

 

Experienced in working within a firm/partnership environment you are someone who is able to learn quickly, IT savvy and be able to adapt to a changing environment. You will have the opportunity to learn what each of your team does so that you can truly lead and have the opportunity to bring ????? ????? the tricks of the trade that you've learnt to date.
