Design & Construct are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Officer to join one of the leading residential home builders in Sydney. Our client has been established since 1960 and has successfully built over 7000 homes to date.  

 

Role & Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing a personal service to clients from tender requests through to final completion of their new home.

 

 To be successful in this role you will be required to have;

 

• Around 3-5 years previous experience within a similar role.
• Previous experience working for a building contractor.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent problem solving and people skills.
• Outstanding communication skills.
