A Global services company are looking to recruit an experienced Office manager into their newly established operation in Sydney. Having a global presence, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of and have an influence in the growth and development of the business in the Australian market. The successful applicant will have solid experience within an Office Management remit, having been responsible for the growth and implementation of office processes from start to finish.
Key skills will include:
- The running and coordination of an office relocation project - Facilities management - Financial reporting, budgeting and client invoicing - MYOB - Contract management - Sales support - Diary management, travel arrangements and general administrative coordination - PowerPoint presentations and reports using Excel. - Ad-hoc reception cover - Client liaison and development
