This national leading organisation is seeking a great team player to join their Head Office in the Sydney CBD. Working in a extremely corporate environment, you will be responsible for:- - Reception relief
- Filing and Archiving
- Attending to incoming/outgoing mail
- Photocopying, faxing and scanning
- Manage stationery and office supplies
- Typing of correspondence
- Maintain office environment
- Order all catering ????? ?????
- Prepare / set up board room & meeting rooms for functions
- Maintain kitchen area including unloading dishwasher
- Organise couriers for domestic and international
- General administrative duties
To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, you will:- - Have previous experience in Catering / Hospitality
- Be highly motivated and eager to learn
- Have Intermediate MS Word & Excel skills (MS PowePoint will be an advantage)
- Be professionally presented and spoken
- Be confident to liaise with professionals at all levels
- Have good time management and organisational skills
- Have a proactive, enthusiastic and down to earth nature
