  • A fantastic opportunity for a Project Office Administrator to work for IT Consultancy firm on one of their major projects. This will be a 3 months contract with the possibility of an extension.  

    Project Office Administrator will participate in project control and administrative tasks as identified.  Position reports directly to and takes direction from the client's Contract Manager.   

     Position will require:  

    Supporting:  

    Project Processes back office document scanning, SharePoint file management, IT Project Deliverable process management  

    Project Plan Administration  

    General Office Support  

    This position will provide support in a high-value professional IT services contracting environment.  

    Candidate must be able to operate in a fast-paced professional environment, participate in administrative tasks and project control activities, effectively managing multiple priorities.  

    Candidate must communicate effectively in both verbal and written communications 

     ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

             Project Plan Management.  Manage and execute processes to update the Microsoft Project Plan which supports overall project.  Manage project schedule and schedule updates.   

             General administrative responsibilities.  Copy, file, prepare meeting minutes, letters and report preparation.  Manage seating charts, project rosters and contact lists. 

             Back office scanning.  Participate in scanning and indexing documents to support projects document management requirements.  Log and scan contract and deliverable correspondence and other related documents. 

             Project IT deliverable management.  Execute and Assist with Managing processes related to deliverable scheduling, submission, responses, remediation, re-submission and closure.  

              Office management functions. Order supplies, use shredders, coordinate travel, manage catering requirements and assist with meeting preparation. 

             Other duties as required and requested. 

      SKILLS 

    Office administration skills.  

    Excellent technical proficiency in Microsoft applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  

    Exceptional analytical skills.  

    Excellent interpersonal skills, reliable dedicated team player, excellent attitude.  

    Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
