Receptionist / Administrator - 13 month contract
13 Month Assignment - $20 per hour + super
Modern Offices with an amazing city view from reception!
Busy and varied role - responsibility from day 1
A rare long term contract has become available to be part of our clients team, managing their reception area, being first point of contact to their clients and the face of their Sydney office.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Ensuring ????? ????? visitors are greeted in a professional yet friendly manner

Taking messages or redirecting calls

Managing meeting rooms

Monitoring ????? ?????

Assisting with client functions (distribution of invites, rsvp management etc)

Ordering ????? ????? business cards

Photocopying, scanning, data entry, mail outs

Monitoring ????? ????? faxes and ordering ????? ?????

Organising catering ????? ?????
-
Act as point of contact for Building Management
-
Booking accommodation for staff
-
Maintaining daily inventory of security passes

Preparing ????? ????? sign off and maintaining payment records
The ideal candidate will have:
-
Minimum 3 years reception experience within a fast paced environment
-
Intermediate - Advanced Microsoft office skills
-
Professional and friendly phone manner
-
The ability to prioritise a busy work load
This role is a 13 month fixed contract. Only those with the right to work in Australia permanently may therefore apply.
