    You will be accountable for the implementation and review of implemented 'off tariff' pricing contracts and billing solutions for all 'off tariff' Telstra customers. This will occur as part of a customer bid / tender, renegotiation of existing contract or new direct sales opportunity and focus on the accuracy of the customer's contract versus the bill, pricing approval and core billing systems.
     
    During ????? ????? you will manage the implementation of customer contracts and billing solutions as designed by the Billing Solution Design team while providing outstanding customer service during ????? ????? of accurate 'off tariff' pricing and customised billing solutions
     
    To be considered suitable for this opportunity you will posses the following attributes;-
    • Working knowledge of the billing process workflows, and associated procedures
    • Demonstrated willingness to accept responsibility, take initiative and work both independently and as a member of a team
    • Demonstrated ability solving problems/issues, analytical skills
    • Lateral thinking skills and a high level of attention to detail
    • Time management skills as well as good scheduling/organisation skills
    • Process orientation
    • An understanding of SFOA, and Customised Pricing methodologies
    • Customer relationship management and strong stakeholder management
    • Proven experience in an IT or Telco environment
    • Strong background in either a customer service or pre-sales support role
    • Ideally you will have extensive working knowledge of Telstra's billing systems and processes
