You will be responsible for: 

• Preparation of presentations, documents and reports 
• General correspondence via email, fax and telephone 
• Database management and document management 
• Assisting management and PA’s within the organisation 
• Liaise with clients and ensure that queries are dealt with quickly and professionally 

Requirements for this position: 

• Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook 
• Strong interpersonal skills 
• Organisation and ability to work to deadlines 
• Team Player 
• Previous experience within a similar role 
• Ability to multi-talk and prioritise
