A well established firm, specialising in insurance advice and litigation, currently require an experienced Legal Administrator. With a long list of blue-chip clients, this firm likes to promote a culture that is mixed and diverse.

In this role you will have the opportunity to support 3 solicitors as well provide various admin support throughout the company. To be considered, you must have at least 3 years experience within the legal industry in a similar role. You must also have excellent knowledge of legal terms and procedures, as well as excellent typing ability and previous billing experience.

Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Answer telephone enquiries, including enquiries for subpoenas, barristers' concerns. Clients' concerns, court enquiries, other parties' enquiries.
• Arrange medical appointments.
• Make travel arrangements.
• Organise conferences.
• Diarise court appearances.
• Maintain database for pending hearings and of surveillance videos held.
• Prepare court documents for all hearings.
• Prepare Appearance sheets for all court appearances.
• Draft miscellaneous pleadings.
• Allocating administrative duties for juniors.
• Assisting in Preparation for file reviews.

A base salary between $45,000 - $65,000 will be offered to the right candidate, depending upon experience. Salary reviews are also conducted annually. Interviews will be conducted shortly so please do not hesitate to apply.
