Due to an internal promotion, they now require a proficient business services supervisor to manage a portfolio of clients, in addition to a small team of staff.

As a senior level team member, you will be heavily involved with key decisions made by the firm and have the opportunity to provide value added services to your clients.

Specifically, your role will involve (but not be limited to):

• Adding value to your client's business through structured advice and compliance
• Building existing business relationships and forging new alliances
• Mentoring a team of 4 staff, ranging from the undergraduate to intermediate level
• General business services

Your demonstrated experience working within an Australian accounting firm will hold you in high regard for this role. CA/CPA qualifications are also desirable - if you are part qualified the firm will also financially support your studies.
