Due to an internal restructure, a fantastic opportunity has become available for a competent and ambitious senior business services manager to join a top tier firm and play a key role in driving the success of many growing Australian Businesses. You will work within a firm who have the best of both worlds - the flexible and family oriented feel of a boutique firm, combined with the expertise and international networks typical amongst the large scale global players.

The role requires an experienced Senior Manager who has the ability to develop excellent working relationships both with clients and colleagues.  You will have an integral role ensuring service delivery is paramount, staff are performing over and above expectations and the future prospects of their business are always challenged and encouraged.

Servicing the SME and entrepreneurial market you will have previously encompassed diverse client issues from a tax and accounting perspective as well as supporting other business lines, such as audit, corporate finance and tax consulting with the provision of a holistic service. Working within the professional services industry provides its challenges and a large focus for this practice is to ensure their staff are engaged and talent is rewarded, therefore you will have the responsibility of staff management, training and development.

This position will develop into a key management role within this firm - the aim is to create a future partner for this globally successful accounting firm.
