My client is a well known and respected Chartered Accounting firm seeking an experienced Intermediate Business Services Accountant to join their growing team and progress through the ranks to eventually become a partner.

The Role
Reporting to a Partner, you will be part of a committed and friendly team and will eventually supervise junior staff. You will work across a number of industries, dealing with business owners and assisting them to achieve their goals by providing compliance and consulting services.
Other duties include:
- Preparation of financial statements for individuals, trusts, partnerships and companies
- Preparation of tax returns
- Registration of clients for ABN, GST and PAYG as required
- Client liaison and advice
- Preparation of quarterly BAS and IAS
- Research into accounting and taxation related matters as required
- Other ad hoc Accounting and taxation duties as requires
Your Profile
You should be a confident and experienced Intermediate Accountant who has a minimum of 18 months experience primarily within the Business Services sector with the motivation and drive to progress your career within a Chartered Accounting practice. You will have started your CA and have exemplary communication skills.
Proven experience with Solution 6, Viztopia, Quick Books and MYOB will be highly regarded.
