Business Services Supervisor/Assistant Manager
This accounting firm has a reputation for providing practical and tailored advice to their varied client base whilst also ensuring ????? ????? and ever-evolving work environment for their staff. Accountants of all levels gain direct client contact and the opportunity to widen their skill set through exposure to Audit, Business Services and SMSF. The partners promote a work hard/play hard culture providing numerous social functions including Christmas and EOFY functions, networking events and regular lunches and staff drinks that encourage a cohesive work environment. Due to consistent growth they currently require an experienced Business Services Supervisor/Assistant Manager to join their team.
You will be responsible for a range of compliance and consulting services and have direct client contact from Day 1. Whilst your background will be in Business Services, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to audit and integrate SMSF into your daily work functions. You will also supervise and mentor junior staff members with the view to progress to a Manager's position in the short term.
To be successful in this position it is envisaged that you have:
- At least 4 years experience within Professional Practice
- Completed or be near completion of your CA/CPA studies
- Excellent academic results
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
