Hays Accountancy and Finance is partnering with one of the most recognised global brands to search for top talent in the Internal Audit sector. This world leading FMCG is responsible for many popular and well loved food and beverage items, and, due to growth within the business, is looking to expand the size of the Internal Audit team.

There are three newly created positions in the Internal Audit Team, based at Corporate Head Office on the Lower North Shore, including one permanent Senior Compliance role and two 12 - 18 month Fixed Term Contracts as Risk Analysts.

Reporting to the Internal Controls Manager, the main duties of the Senior Compliance Officer role include:

• Documenting Internal Control processes
• Creating Narrative and Work Flow Charts
• Understanding the current controls and identifying the gaps
• Helping to prepare training material to communicate the changes to the business

You will ideally be CPA/CA/NIA qualified with previous experience in a similar Internal Controls role with experience in a commercial environment exposed to COSO and SOX.
Strong communication, written and interpersonal skills are essential to this role. Australian experience is advantageous for this role. SAP, strong Excel and Visio skills are preferred for this role.
