An Investment Bank located in Auckland, New Zealand are looking for an individual to support their CFO tackling P&L reporting, product steering ????? ????? driving new strategic initiatives within the finance function. A small team with a flat structure this is a boutique branch of a bulge bracket investment Bank that operates across all areas of Global Markets, Advisory & Investment Banking offerings.
 
Duties include:
 
 

• Working with the business on product offerings
• Identifying potential uses of technology within finance and the front office
• Driving change & implementing financial initiatives that are cascaded from Head offices in Europe and US
• Management  of P&L reporting and management reporting
• Stakeholder management of both internal and external parties
• Mentoring ????? ????? & senior accountants within the team

 
 
Requirements include:
 

• Proven track record within senior finance roles at top tier Investment Banks
• Professional accounting qualifications such as CIMA, CA or CPA desirable
• Ability to re-engineer a process from initial problem analysis through to solution implementation.
• Strong organizational skills
• Impeccable communications both written and verbal
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously
