The Manager Finance will deliver on the new strategic direction of the organisation and seeks to appoint an exceptionally qualified professional who will : - contribute to the organisation’s strategic planning
- provide accurate financial information to the management team
- oversee the delivery of budgets, forecasts, statutory financial reports and payroll services.
- influence and maintain the organisation’s financial viability
- manage a small team.
- demonstrated experience managing a full finance function at a senior level, strong accounting skills and interpersonal skills that influence and guide senior colleagues.
- A good working knowledge of industry associations and/or the Not For Profit sector combined with strong commercial skills that will enable you to play a key role in this progressive and forward-thinking organisation,
- A professional accounting qualification such as CA or CPA, and superior communication skills are essential to this role.
To be successful in this role, you will have : - demonstrated experience managing a full finance function at a senior level, strong accounting skills and interpersonal skills that influence and guide senior colleagues.
