The Manager Finance will deliver on the new strategic direction of the organisation and seeks to appoint an exceptionally qualified professional who will :
 

• contribute to the organisation’s strategic planning
• provide accurate financial information to the management team
• oversee the delivery of budgets, forecasts, statutory financial reports and payroll services.
• influence and maintain the organisation’s financial viability
• manage a small team.
• demonstrated experience managing a full finance function at a senior level, strong accounting skills and interpersonal skills that influence and guide senior colleagues.
• A good working knowledge of industry associations and/or the Not For Profit sector combined with strong commercial skills that will enable you to  play a key role in this progressive and forward-thinking organisation,
• A professional accounting qualification such as CA or CPA, and superior communication skills are essential to this role.

To be successful in this role, you will have :
