This company is a globally recognised brand with a presence in over 90 countries, employing well in excess of 20,000 people.  They are heavily diversified and operate in the upper echelons of each market they compete in.  They have a strong culture that centres on innovation, change, results and leadership and they are now looking to appoint a Senior Finance Manager to their business as part of this ongoing change.

As Senior Finance Manager you will assume a number of responsibilities.  Aside from the traditional month-end analysis and reporting type responsibilities you will take a lead role in developing and improving how they report on Working Capital.  The role requires you to take the lead on matters relating to forecasting and planning, both short and long term.  Equally, you will seek out efficiencies in process whilst providing commercial insight on any number of proposals and Capital Expenditure requests.

You will be CA/CPA qualified with a prior track record of having excelled as a Senior Finance Manager before.  Excellent commercial experience paired with a strong financial and management accounting background is a pre-requisite as is experience of having worked with large ERPs such as Oracle or SAP. 
The ability to communicate well at a high level coupled with gravitas are two traits that are critical to your success in this role.
