Hays Accountancy and Finance is partnered with one of the most recognisable global FMCG organisations to search for top talent in Internal Auditing. This world leading FMCG is responsible for many popular and well loved food and beverage items, and, due to business growth, is looking to expand the size of the Internal Audit team.

The Senior Risk Analyst will perform all aspects of Internal Audit including identifying gaps, implementing controls and communicating with stakeholders, delivering coaching and mentoring to the business in classroom style sessions and small workshops. This is a hands on role, giving you exposure to all areas of the business, reporting to the Internal Audit Manager and Chief Financial Officer.

To be considered for this role, you must have significant experience in a multinational, commercial environment in an Internal Audit role, with exposure to SOX and COSO controls. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential as is the ability to deliver effective training sessions and coach and mentor staff.
