My client is an internationally recognized global Financial organization who is seeking a Business Analyst. You will be working with the Business Support Team assisting the various Business Units in their Core System Replacement Project. You will be reporting to the Senior Manager in charge of the IT team and includes this project.
Position Requirements
Proven track record as a Business Analyst preferably with a consultancy background and a minimum of 3 years experience
Strong corporate banking background with sound knowledge of banking products and back office operations
Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to converse with both end-users and IT personnel at all levels of the organisation
Strong ability to produce clear and concise business functional requirements documentation, procedures, reports, etc.
Prioritise, organise and manage individual work responsibilities and achieve outcomes
Co-ordinate and facilitate requirement gathering
Ability to quickly grasp and understand the business products and processes flows
Ability to obtain, collate and analyse user information to identify gaps, assess business and customer impact and assist in identifying solution options
Support various business units in all phases of the project through to implementation (which includes assisting in re-engineering ????? ?????, UAT, data migration, training, etc.)
Understanding of AS400 & SQL Server based systems
Flexibility to assist with other duties that may be assigned by the PMO Business Support Senior Manager and/or Management
Education/Other skills
Preferably have a University Degree in Business and/or IT
Ability to converse in Japanese is an advantage
