Due to recent internal changes there is an immediate vacancy for an Accounts Receivable/Human Resource Administration Officer.
You will be responsible for overseeing the Accounts Receivable and HR Administration functions which will include:
· Undertake monthly billing / invoicing as per the revenue recognition policies.
· Undertake contract management procedures and completion of monthly reports.
· Assistance in debtors control, collection of debt and process daily receipts.
· Undertake recruitment activity for the related business units
· Prepare new contract documents for the hire documentation.
· Complete the induction process for new hires.
· Complete monthly reporting packs as set up by local and HQ management.
· Manage leave process for all staff within the company.
· Support reception functions, process adhoc accounting and administrative tasks
The successful candidate will have demonstrated abilities in accounts receivable and administration and have experience in using a computer accounting system (preferably Oracle accounting package). You will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills along with excellent negotiation and problem solving skills.
