You will be responsible for
 
·         Maintaining a large ledger of accounts
·         Collecting outstanding payments from customers.
·         Recording received payments onto the system
·         Allocations
·         Reconcile ledger statements
·         Handling client payment queries
·         Prepare monthly reports Aged Debtor Report.
 
If you are degree educated, have had 2 years hands on experience this could be the role for you.  Keep in mind that you will need sharp presentation, excellent written and communication skills, a customer service background and an ambition to further yourself within your career.
