Clinical Trial Administrator (CTA) – North Ryde
 
The Client:
A global medical devices company is currently looking for a Clinical Trial Administrator (CTA) to join their team in North Ryde on a 12 month rolling contract. The company are working on a number of key studies at the moment and the Clinical Trial Administrator (CTA) will have the opportunity to progress into a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) position. The company are ranked in the top 20 global device companies and you will join a small but experienced team. This will enable you to gain a strong understanding about the industry.

The Role:
The Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) will work closely with the Senior Clinical Research Associate and Project Team Leader to help run trials. This will involve maintaining logs, tracking payments, planning and ordering clinical supplies and entering CRFs and transferring data. The Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) will assist in other activities including chairing meetings, filing, arranging telephone conferences and preparing documents. Even the project leader assists in administration duties and the Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) will work cross-functionally. They will work with sales and marketing, medical marketing, have the opportunity to see how the products work and be given an excellent overall understanding of the market.

Skills and Experience:
- It is essential to have experience working as a Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA), with a minimum of 12 months experience
- Must have a good working knowledge of ICH, GCP and a good working knowledge of the clinical trials process
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to work in Australia without sponsorship
