Your role will be very hands on where you will spend the majority of your time leading from the front. Some of your duties will include the following:
- Hands-on, Daily running and responsibility/ownership for your store
- Leading and managing a team of approx 20 staff
- Thorough Training and Staff development
- Store merchandising & Product quality control
- Product Ordering, Stock Management
- Banking and financial reporting
Some Key elements we are looking for:
- People management experience - responsible for at team of ideally 10 staff members or more
- High energy, upbeat, and passionate leaders - lead by example - hands on management
- Preferably experience in a fast paced, customer service environment – ie. fast food, hospitality or retail
- Strong communication skills and a passion for people
