Your day will consist of  implementing the marketing budget, working with retailers to understand business needs / plans and assist them to create these opportunities developing and implementing marketing campaigns within budget and engaging with retailers to involve them Centre promotional activities, arrange set up of displays, directional signage, advertising – print media, brochures and flyers, Centre newsletter, strong awareness of demographic and tailoring marketing and promotional activities to maximise ROI
·         Effectively engage with retailers (external to Centre), local community and associations
·         Experience in property (retail) preferred
·         Exceptional communication (written and verbal) skills
·         Report presentation, including financials
·         Time management, exceptional attention to detail, service focused.

The ideal candidate will have a background in property and retail and have the above experience.
