This Global iconic organisation with a well establish Procurement function is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to deliver major cost savings and monitor & review compliance across the business. You will monitor and implement key supplier agreements across a wide range of in-direct categories to include Facilities, IT, Travel, Telco, Fleet, Printing & Construction. The Contracts Manager will be tasked with realising the benefit of existing contracts and identify additional cost savings. Managing supplier relationships is a key to the success of this position.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge:-
- Substantial Procurement & Contracts Management experience with category experience across multiple categories.
- Advanced analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to create and implement strategies and initiatives
- Ability to understand legal issues and contractual principles to effectively manage contracts and SLA’s
- ERP experience ( procure to pay)
- Advanced communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Advanced in MS Excel preferred
- Tertiary qualified in a commercial or business related discipline PLUS extensive sourcing experience and knowledge
