Senior Risk Management Coordinator - Westfield Miranda

The National Centre Management Team Centre Management look after the day to day management of our centres to optimise the operating performance of each centre. The Centre Management team take a close and active role in dealing with all facets of retailing to ensure customers want to come back, retailers are trading successfully and the centre is profitable. The Opportunity As a Senior Risk Management Co-ordinator your role is to work with the Centre Management team to promote proactive Risk Management behaviour, maximise strengths and opportunities and minimise threats and risks. Key Responsibilities: - Co-ordinate compliance of the Risk Management policies and procedures
- Investigate and report all accidents and incidents
- Propose and implement risk mitigation recommendations
- Identify, analyse, report and take action on trends
- Deliver Risk Management training
- Liaise with all relevant parties to investigate and follow up incidents
- Perform all necessary administration tasks and update systems
Attributes & Experience: - Minimum 5 years experience in a related role with relevant qualifications
- Strong knowledge of OH&S, Workers Compensation and Public Liability
- Proactive approach to work, good time management and prioritisation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good level of IT skills and knowledge
- MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at intermediate level
- Experience in Retail or Consumer facing industry (preferred)
