We are searching for someone special, someone who has previous Head Chef experience with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
As our Head Chef you will be responsible for:
- the overall management and smooth operation of a busy kitchen environment
- team leadership with an extremely hands on approach
- team development and training
- recruitment and kitchen inductions
- effective rostering
- ordering ????? ????? control
- having a keen eye for detail to ensure consistent delivery of a high standard of quality meals
Additional skills and attributes to aid in your success in this application include:
- a demonstrated experience in a similar busy pub environment
- exceptional communication skills to foster positive relationships with the kitchen and restaurant teams
- determination to succeed with the abiltiy to evaluate the business and make improvements where required

- professional high standard of personal presentation
