Secretary / Admin Assistant

Young Accountancy firm requires secretary / Admin assistant.
Duties include diary management, liaising with clients and ATO, accounts receivable, mail in & out and corporate secretarial dealings with ASIC. Must have good organisation and communication skills with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience using Handisoft Accounting software preferred but not essential.
