Reporting to the Management Accountant, your duties as Commercial Coordinator will involve:
- Facilitate the order dispatch and query resolution process
- Input sales orders
- Run the invoicing process
- Ensure valid, authorised and accurate credit notes are raised
- Maintain all customer pricing information
- Maintain all customer master data requirements
- Support the process of generating relevant and timely export documentation for overseas customers
- Facilitate the purchase order and query resolution process
- Input purchase orders
- Ensure valid and accurate credit notes are raised by suppliers
- Maintain all vendor pricing information
- Maintain all vendor master data requirements
- Support the logistics process
- Communicate with customers, suppliers and hauliers
This position is pivotal to the operations of the company and as such requires a skilled, driven and motivated employee who understands the full process from being accountable for the end to end sales ordering and sales processing; purchase ordering process; and providing support and information to the logistics area of the business.
Your ability to liaise with customers, vendors and senior managers confidently and clearly is a huge advantage.
