Based in South Sydney, our client seeks a qualified accountant to join them as Senior Financial Accountant. This job would suit an experienced financial accountant who has worked in a multinational household name or key business.
This is a unique opportunity to join a multinational name and brand, and we are looking for a unique individual to join this rapidly expanding and fast paced company.
Candidates must have large multinational company experience.
Essential experience:
• Current Financial Accountancy experience (circa 7 years)
• ERP system experience, preferably SAP or similar
• Month end process co-ordination
• GL maintenance & reconciliation
• S404 (Sarb-Oxley) knowledge and exposure
• Internal & External auditing co-ordination
• Tax support - FBT/GST and Income Tax preparation
• Statutory Accounts preparation support
• Ability to lead a team within financial accounts
Preferable:
• US GAAP knowledge and reporting
• Worked for Multi National Companies
• Man-management experience
Background:
Audit background combined with multinational company experience.
The role requires a very hands-on approach and highly interactive with key stakeholders
