An exciting and rewarding opportunity has just become available with a market leading manufacturing and wholesale business in the Sutherland Shire. Over 20 years in the industry has made this company the most well established and well respected in its field.
Due to the internal restructure of the finance team the rare opportunity to recruit a new staff member has become available. Looking for a skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join this medium sized team as soon as possible.
Reporting to the Financial Controller your core duties will revolve around the daily management of the companies debtors, setting and approving credit limits, collections, allocations and reconciliations as part of a full function Accounts Receivable position.
The ideal candidate will be wanting a role with versatility, as the duties of this role are not restricted to Accounts Receivable and you will be involved in Reception daily, Accounts Payable support and liaising with sales staff and customers regarding quotes and orders.
A team player attitude and willingness to add-value to the company are essential attributes. A knowledge of accounting systems, particularly Navision is advantageous. Essential to your success is your ability to liaise with customers and built rapport with your debtors, as well as a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
