Part Time Accounts Receivable Officer

 

$50-55k pro rata plus super

High volume accounts experience essential

Time for a change?  Our client, located in Sydney's South is seeking an experienced Part time Accounts Receivable Officer to join their organisation.  Initially this role will be offered on a temporary basis, however, if you prove yourself, then there could be a permanent position for you in this great company!  Our client is seeking an Accounts Receivable specialist,not an Accounts All Rounder or Accountant, so if you love Accounts Receivable/Credit then please read fruther.  Reporting to the Company Accountant, key responsibilities of the role will include:

• Monthly debtor reconciliations
• Processing credit applications
• Debt collection
• Daily bank deposits
• Processing receipts, credit card payments and approving credit notes

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate:

• A minimum of five years experience in Accounts Receivable/Credit where you have been responsible for dealing with major accounts and high level remittances
• Excellent computer skills in Excel.  Use of SAP and/or Macola will be also beneficial
