Based in South Sydney, our client seeks a qualified accountant to join them as finance manager for a large complex business. This job would suit an experience finance manager with a proven track record in, financial control, process improvement, and finance change within a similar multi-national business.
Our client is a leading multi-national name, based in Sydney you will form part of this complex, corporate business as a finance leader.
The job:
• Develop measures and controls into financial systems, process and procedures
• Providing project forecasts, budgets and performance analysis
• Stakeholder management
• Developing and monitoring ????? ????? cost controls
• Management of fixed assets
• Process improvement
• Developing and leading a team.
Key needed experience:
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce and/or Economics
• A professional qualification (CA/CPA) or similar
• Engineering ????? ????? very similar
• Extensive financial experience
• Project accounting experience
• Extensive experience in a large, complex organisational environment
• Superior analytical and communication skills
• A commitment to continuous improvement and management of change
• Experience in management and development of a team
