Fashion – National Sales Manager
Bebe Sydney-  a renown youth womenswear brand which has an established presence within Australia requires a proven National Sales manager who has the skills, experience, personality and drive to take full responsibility for getting the product into the market.
We are seeking a person who has established relationships with key buyers within the fast fashion womenswear market, and who would enjoy the opportunity to join a market leader that continues to grow its presence both locally and globally? You will report to the Director, you will be an integral part of the management team. You will predominately be looking after the wholesale side of the business, focusing on forward planning and leading the sales team and agents. Working at a strategic and hands on level, your responsibilities will include setting and achieving seasonal budgets, showing ranges, relationship management for mutual profitability including majors, independents and boutiques, growing the existing account base, and sourcing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities/Job Functions
 
Managing and building existing relationships with retailers (Buyers)
Building on existing business, targeting new accounts between ranges and visiting clients.
Assessing Retail boutiques
Managing agents nationally & internationally.
.Presenting ranges working from the Sydney showroom
.Setting up showroom for new ranges
Organise seasonal sales conferences
Managing stock (including end of line) and monitoring stock movement
.Ongoing servicing of clients re deliveries, stock availabilities, enquiries, etc
.Working out marketing strategies to increase exposure of brand labels
 Review new ranges and provide feedback to designers in relation to commercial feasibility
.Working to budgets
Forecast sales by brand, territory and customer prior to range release and update during the season


Position Requirements
 
Min. 2 - 4 years sales management experience in Women’s Wear fashion
Established relationships with buyers in the Women’s Wear market
Ability to build, manage and motivate a team of agents.
Computer literate – Word, Excel, Outlook
Seasonal sales forecasts and planning and an understanding of the P&L
Excellent verbal and written communication
