Senior Project Manager/Program Delivery:

Demonstrated project delivery experience in particular in regards to medium - large infrastructure projects is required for various client sites and program delivery.

Must have excellent IT Infrastructure product knowledge, extensive project delivery experience and project methodologies, a proven record of delivery, good understanding of the full end to end life cycle mgmt.

Must have a background in IT systems, delivery and implementation includes but not limited to:

• PRINCE II Certification
• Project Management of multiple concurrent infrastructure projects, upgrades, migrations and rollouts.
• Implementation of effective project management procedures and systems across their installation process.
• Site Survey coordination and procedural documentation.
• Effective Financial and Budget control of overall team operations.
• Supervision / Leadership of a team of up to 10 individuals including project managers, external contractors, vendors.
• Initial site evaluation, commissioning and documentation.
• Work with the resident IT technical SME's to provide interim delivery solutions for all infrastructure IT Programs./Projects.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management & expectation management.
• Have managed teams >10 people.
• Have delivered projects with value of >5Mill.
• Outstanding English Verbal and written English communication and MS Word will be essential.

Essential Skills Required;

• Must have 10+ years experience with Enterprise Information Technology or Communications project development and delivery.
• Demonstrated experience in the management of technology projects involving technical, operational, legal, installation and commissioning components.
• Demonstrated very strong computer skills, in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and project planning software such as MS Project.
• Demonstrated experience in the establishment and management of electronic and paper based record systems.
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills with the ability to lead a coordinated project delivery team.
• Third party vendor management and stakeholder management skills.

Must have strong documentation skills Technology Solutions for deployment  to include:

• Deploy MS Email and archiving solution, Symantec Backup, RSA, Document mgt tools.
• SAN Deployment, Mosy, Brocade, Avamar (EMC)
• General HW/SW rollouts
• IT Audits
• Server Virtualisation
• Network (HP, Cisco) Solutions.
