This is a unique opportunity to join NPS’s senior management team and play a critical role in implementing the organisations ambitious 4 year strategic plan. Your primary responsibility will be to provide leadership and management oversight for the organisation’s evaluation framework. You will lead a team of talented evaluation professionals to design and implement evaluation plans that measure the impact of our work and you will provide advice at a team and organisational level that will shape future program delivery. As part of our Innovation and Learning Unit, you will work in close collaboration with our Research and Development Team to develop innovative methods and ensure effective use of resources in the pursuit of organisational goals. Your work and direction will be advised by a multidisciplinary expert group and implementation of the evaluation framework will involve fostering ????? ????? external relationships and partnerships.
Critical to your success will be:
- Higher degree qualifications in a relevant discipline
- Extensive program evaluation expertise demonstrating superior capacity in the design and implementation of sophisticated evaluation frameworks
- Superior leadership and people management skills
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills and a proven ability to engage stakeholders and build networks
- Sound knowledge of business processes and strategic planning
- Superior analytical and problem solving skills.
