As Store Manager for Surfers Paradise, you will:
- Be responsible for achieving FANTASTIC Sales
- Manage and inspire a team of full time and casual staff
- Actively promote and market the Lorna Jane brand to your local community
- Continually build a loyal and passionate global customer database
- Cultivate a strong and vibrant team spirit
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in managing up to 5 full timers and a team of casuals
- Sharp retail acumen and sales target focused
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Commitment to personal and business success
- An ability to think outside the square and adapt to change
- Skill in cultivating team development
- Unstoppable energy and enthusiasm
