Sunshine Plaza is the largest shopping centre on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland and has been servicing the local region since 1994.
The centre has the largest and most diverse variety of speciality stores on the Sunshine Coast with over 220 speciality stores with Birch Carroll and Coyle 12 Cinemas, Best & Less, Coles, Kmart, Myer and Target.
An enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Centre Manager is required for assisting in the general management of the centre, the delivery of the retail and property management of the asset and managing the delivery of the best outcomes for retailers, stakeholders, and the community.
Key Responsibilities
Standard reporting and centre
Input into the Centre marketing plan
Rental Collection Owner Operators
Establishing and maintaining relationships with centre retailers
Meetings with key stakeholders and team members
This role will suit a person who has previous experience in retail asset management at a senior level.
You must possess excellent knowledge of retails leases legislation and good financial reporting and budget management skills. You will be responsible for a multidisciplinary team and required to build strong relationships with retailers and stakeholders.
Experience in re-development, facilities and operation is highly desirable.
