About the Roles: Our client is actively seeking a Project Manager from a Piling background to manage piling and foundation projects in a marine environment. The Project Manager role mainly focuses on the delivery of piling projects, management of plant, finances, recourses, personnel and all health & safety issues. . Reporting to the national Manager you will be responsible for the daily operations of your projects, develop client relationships, manage the design process, tender for works and use your contacts to secure future works.
About the Requirements: In order to fill this Project Manager role you will need to come from a piling background and have worked in a similar role or be ready to take the step up. You must be operationally and commercially astute, have the ability to communicate with clients, in house personnel and subcontractors, be able to keep accurate site records and be up to speed on the latest health, safety and environmental legislations. The right individual will also have a strong initiative and drive to ensure current projects are completed and future projects are secured.
