Sunshine Coast based, Contracts Administrator, Small and large Commercial Projects, 2 x $40M jobs are looming. If you're Tertiary Qualified and have extensive experience in adminsitering ????? ????? commercial projects then this is the role for you:

The Company & Projects:
Our client is one of the leading contactors with a base in the Sunshine Coast. You will be gauranteed work in the sunshine coast working for a highly respected company. With extensive experience in D&C construction and numerous major projects throughout Australia, this is a company worthy of your interest.

They are seeking a Contract Administrator with experience in medium to large commercial construction. To start you will be administering ????? ????? mutilple school projects, to then be moving on to a $40M commercial project.

Duties:
Your key responsibilities will include the following:

• Working closely with a well respected Senior Project Manager
• Accurately administer and monitoring ????? ????? sub-contract agreements
• Contracts compliance and resolution of contract issues.
• Handling and negotiating variations, RFI's extension of time claims etc.
• Negotiation of contacts, submitting and reviewing progress claims.

Requirements:
To be successful in securing ????? ????? you will require the following:

• Possess relevant qualifications in engineering ????? ????? management.
• Have significant Contracts Admin experience with commercial projects.
• Ability to engage in and build strong working relationships
• A successful track record.

Salary:
