Supporting the day to day life of a top Real Estate Sales Agent requires someone who enjoys co-ordinating their bosses diary and organising their lives by managing appointments and deadlines.
Outstanding computer skills, excellent written and verbal communication as well as multi-tasking are all a vital necessity to working in this prestigious and harmonious Sunshine Coast real estate office.
A typical day will include:
- Management of phones, diaries, e-marketing and emails.
- Coordinating, liaising and confirming.
- Oversee the preparation of presentation and marketing material.
- Database management.
- General Administration.
The successful candidate must have experience in this same role - within a real estate office.
You must also be creative, dynamic with a strong personality to mold an unorganised out-of-time boss into a schedule-structured early-for-appointments selling machine.
