Long term opportunity for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join a leading building company on the Sunshine Coast. You will be joining an established construction and building team at their Northern Sunshine Coast office, reporting directly to the Area Manager. You will be working on ongoing projects, and will be provided with career support and ongoing career development opportunities.

You will be involved with all aspects of Contract Administration for several commercial projects, as well as multi-story projects and schools. Your duties will include:

• Managing subcontracts accounts
• Financial control of the project
• Managing budgets and expectations

You will be required to have five years experience working as a Contracts Administrator for projects worth between $ 1 Million to $ 30 million. Previous experience working in Queensland will be highly advantageous.

Salaries will be commensurate with experience and will be in the range of $70k - $100k + benefits. Salaries outside this range will be considered for people with exceptional skills.
