We are currently seeking Division 1 Grade 4/5 Nurses for a variety of positions at one of Melbourne's most progressive organisations.

This fully accredited modern 61 bed low care facility is in the process of transitioning to a dual care facility.  So we are looking for a new team of professionals to help make this process a success.

My clients success relies upon its committed staff, so to be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Outstanding knowledge of aged care legislation, continuous quality improvements and ACFI documentation;
• Great time management skills;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Outstanding and effective communication skills;
• A commitment to continuous improvement and best practice;
• The ability to mentor, support and provide education to staff;
• A qualification in Gerontology or further aged care training highly desirable.
