Customer Service Officer
Part Time 24 hrs per week
12 Month Maternity Leave
$46,639.24 pro rata + Super
Located in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne, our client prides itself on its cultural diversity. Providing community related services they have a rich history working with a wide cross section of communities in the melting pot of the North / Western suburbs of Melbourne.
Focusing on the front line of customer interface you will be authorised to resolve any customer enquiry within a close knit supportive team based environment. You will be a resourceful, intuitive and accomplished customer service expert with the ability to deliver accurate and timely solutions which could encompass a wide variety of service lines.
This is an exciting part time maternity leave position until September 2009. You will be required to work Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8.30am to 5.15pm.
This role will offer you a variety of duties and work places. You will spend some days in customer contact centre and other days working face to face providing a One Stop Shop Service to customers.
To do this successfully your background will demonstrate previous experience within an inbound customer service call ????? ????? a front of house customer service environment. As the first point of contact for this organisation you will be required to:
Provide professional customer service Resolve up to 85% of all incoming calls Handle over the counter cash transactions Resolve customer enquiries in a timely manner
Your success will be measured by your ability to communicate effectively with customers from a culturally diverse community sector, your ability to resolve customer complaints, your ability to positively influence customer outcomes and your ability to develop relationships with internal stakeholders.
Strong, clear communication skills are essential for this role, additionally, whilst you will be trained on in-house database systems, it is expected that you will have sound PC literacy skills. You will be required to work out of a number of sites so a current Victorian driver s license is essential.
Pro rata salary of $46,639.24 + 9% super or $24.91 per hour + accumulated annual leave will be offered to the successful candidate.
