  • The Lions Club of Sunbury is looking for a new Facility Manager who can bring ????? ????? to ongoing quality of care and dedication to making a difference in the resident’s lives to join their team. Sunbury is an idyllic area with parks, lakes, rivers and is close to many wineries. Sunbury is an easy drive from Melbourne and surrounding areas
    and is a great place to live and work.
     
    As an experienced RN Div 1, you will be an energetic and strong leader with a true focus on resident centred care, exceptional management skills and the ability to lead and develop staff. You will have the responsibility for the day to day running of this 30 bed facility, including the management of staff, budgets and resident care. The successful applicant may have a previous management background in aged care or be looking to take their experience and step up into this management position. Most importantly you must have demonstrated ability in the following areas:
     
    Strong assessment and clinical skills
    • Thorough understanding of accreditation requirements
    • Experience with the ACFI funding model
    • Excellent communications skills
    • Commitment to staff leadership and development
