Position Description
You will be working for Queensland's largest Personal Injuries law firm. You will be working in the Workcover, Motor Vehicle, Public Liability and Medical Negligence areas. Duties involve running Personal Injuries files from start to finish under the supervision of Solicitors. This position involves drafting court documents, bring ????? ?????, organising medical appointments, co-ordinating meetings, arranging court filing, interpreting medical records, organising conferences and mediations, preparing ????? ????? to be sent to the post settlement department, client liaison and day to day management of the file.
Experience Needed
It is essential that you have a minimum of 2 years Personal Injuries Paralegal experience of Personal Injury Secretarial
experience with some file management experience.
